POLICIES
Cancellation Policy: A 48-hour notice is required when cancelling or rescheduling an appointment. If multiple failures to properly notify occur, a deposit will be required for all future appointments.
No-Show Policy: In the event of a no-show incident, any future appointments may require deposit/payment up-front. Multiple no-show incidents will result in the client paying upon booking for all future appointments.
Late Policy: If there are multiple instances of a 15 minute or later to drop off, a $20 late fee will apply. There is also a $20 late pick up fee that will incur every 15 minutes past 4:00pm.
